This website is a deeply personal collection of past projects and proficiencies which I believe give me an edge in numerous facets of real estate.
My Story…
Real Estate has always been in my blood. I realized that fact at a very young age. The mantra, “you’re doing this so you can get into real estate” rang in my head throughout my 20s. In 2006 I did something about it…
My great Grandmother was developer in Birmingham Alabama during the 1920s where she built several tracts of typical period homes: small by today’s standards, they were sweet little cottages for young families. As I understand it, she often held financing for buyers, lived in the homes she built and was a beloved “force” in her neighborhood. Unfortunately, everything came crashing down during the Great Depression but she managed to hold onto just one house.
Fast forward back to 2006 where I purchased that very house out of my great aunt’s estate for a whopping $20,000. I partnered with a neighborhood investor and we managed to purchase & renovate several of my great grandmother’s original homes.
Today I maintain a small portfolio of residential, commercial and multi-family housing. I enjoy restoring my properties so when I’m not meeting with clients, I’m likely covered in sawdust.
I hold a BS. in Business Administration and Economics from Longwood University (Farmville, VA). I’m an Eagle Scout, an entrepreneur at heart and love Virginia.
